class=\"fusion-text\"><div>\n<p>Claudia G\u00f3mez Parada, egresada del DBVB de la Universidad de Talca, obtuvo el premio a Mejor Poster &#8211; Categor\u00eda Estudiante en la conferencia internacional \u201c11\u00b0 Rosaceae Genomics Conference\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPresentar mi trabajo de tesis en\u00a0<i>Fragaria chiloensis<\/i>, frutilla chilena, especie perteneciente a la familia de Rosaceae, y conocer el trabajo de otros cient\u00edficos en distintas especies frutales pertenecientes a esta familia como manzanas, peras, y frutales de carozo, especies de gran importancia comercial mundial\u201d, fue una de sus principales motivaciones para participar en el congreso que reuni\u00f3 a exponentes de todo el mundo -entre el 13 y 16 de marzo de 2023- en Nelson, Nueva Zelanda.<\/p>\n<p>La estudiante chilena desarroll\u00f3 la tesis &#8220;Descifrando la regulaci\u00f3n de la transcripci\u00f3n de genes de la bios\u00edntesis de proantocianidinas (PAs) en\u00a0<i>Fragaria chiloensis<\/i>\u00a0y\u00a0<i>Fragaria\u00a0<\/i>\u00d7<i>\u00a0ananassa<\/i>&#8220;, estudio\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0que permite \u201cavanzar en la caracterizaci\u00f3n del rol que cumple la prote\u00edna MYB1 en la s\u00edntesis de proantocianidinas tanto en la frutilla chilena como la frutilla comercial.
